As an Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of the administrative support team, assisting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. ** What's the Job?*
* + Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Vice Chancellor, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

+ Serve as a reliable liaison, facilitating effective communication between the office and internal/external stakeholders.

+ Anticipate needs and proactively prioritize tasks to maintain a balanced and efficient schedule.

+ Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.

+ Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information and matters.

** What's Needed?*
* + Proven experience supporting C-suite executives with complex scheduling and priorities.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

+ Strong calendar management skills using Outlook.

+ Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
