Training Coordinator supports the Director of Training and Development and the L&D team by managing the administrative and logistical aspects of company training programs. This role serves as a primary LMS administrator, ensuring accurate training records, coordinating training sessions and events, preparing materials and reports, and supporting compliance documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist the Training Director and L&D team with administrative tasks. Support company wide training initiatives and events.
- Serve as a primary LMS administrator, maintaining accurate internal and external training records with a high degree of data integrity. Maintain organized digital training documentation in internal systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Schedule internal and customer training sessions, including Eventbrite setup and reimbursements. Coordinate calendars, room setup, rosters, and facilitator assignments.
- Arrange catering and onsite logistics for training sessions. Support associate travel and lodging needs for training participation.
- Manage course assignments, enrollments, and learning paths. Proctor examinations as required.
- Generate LMS reports and troubleshoot access or enrollment issues as needed.
- Prepare and distribute training materials (digital and print). Upload, update, and archive training materials; maintain course catalogs and data accuracy.
- Distribute post training surveys and track completion. Compile feedback, maintain evaluation records, and identify improvement opportunities. Support development of feedback tools and continuous improvement processes. Prepare certificates, sign in sheets, and other training documents. Provide input to improve learner engagement and content effectiveness.
- Support required documentation for EPA 608 certifications.
- Assist in developing and updating e learning content in Articulate Rise/Storyline.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Travel up to 10%.
This role includes regular, necessary admin work accuracy and consistency matter.

QUALIFICATIONS- Up to 5 years Experience
- Administrative, coordination, or support experience
- Experience supporting training, HR, operations, or learning programs preferred
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Copilot preferred
- Articulate Rise and/or Storyline preferred
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools
- Comfortable working with all levels of the organization
High School Diploma/ GED
