Bilingual Administrative Assistant

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain and update files and Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Manage office inventory and coordinate ordering of supplies as needed.
• Assist with employee hiring and onboarding processes.
• Support administrators with daily tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Proficiency in both English and another language (bilingual required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
