Position SummaryThis position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station.
Administrative and relationship-focused role supporting UNC Chapel Hill’s Regional Development team. A combination of administrative coordination, project management, event support, communications, budgeting, and donor relations.
Key Responsibilities Include- Coordinating day‑to‑day operations, projects, meetings, and events.
- Supporting donor cultivation, stewardship, and prospect activities.
- Assisting with accounts receivable and expense tracking.
- Serving as a key point of contact and liaison between donors, university leaders, staff, and the Regional Development team.
- Helping maintain and strengthen relationships with donors and campus constituents.
- Working closely with the Regional Programs Associate, Executive Director, and team members.
