Position Overview
Primary Purpose of Position
To serve as administrative and fiscal management support for Campus Recreation, Intramural Sports and Esports. This will include, budgeting, purchase orders, submitting student EPAF’s, filing, Banner finance, intramural student travel, clerical, ability to maintain and utilize office equipment, ability to explain and interpret program information and respond and compose correspondence involving questions or issues about information.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
To provide a variety of campus recreation activities that will focus on Fitness and Wellness and Intramural Sports to contribute to a healthy lifestyle for students, faculty, and staff of North Carolina A & T State University.

Work Hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Duties
Resolves problems and situations related to the Campus Recreation Center that would not require director’s direct involvement. For example, might handle dress code violations with student workers; try to resolve duplicated calendar times; obtain quotes from various vendors. Problems are addressed in accordance with priorities, policies, commitments and program goals.
Exercises independent judgment and understands the impact of the decisions on the administrators’ role and commitments. Coordinates and facilitates processes and procedural compliance with internal and external organizations, working within delegated authority from the director.
