With a crew of experienced professionals and cutting‑edge equipment, we take pride in providing top‑tier service and keeping vehicles on the road. We’re currently looking for a Lead Automotive Technician to join our high‑performing, fast‑paced team and help us continue raising the bar.

Compensation:

$80,000‑$100,000 annually, depending on experience

Job Summary:

As our Lead Automotive Technician, you’ll be the go‑to expert in diagnostics and repairs, leadingby example and mentoring a team of skilled technicians. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top‑quality service in every job we do.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians; assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors to build accurate estimates
  • Keep up with evolving auto tech, tools, and safety standards
  • Maintain clean and organized work spaces and repair documentation
  • Create a great customer experience by clearly explaining services and repairs

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of automotive repair experience (diagnostic experience required)
  • Proven leadership/mentorship experience in a shop environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and engine systems
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools and shop software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • ASE certifications are a plus
