• Engage with consumers via inbound and outbound calls to resolve past‑due accounts

• Prior experience in debt collections (consumer or commercial preferred)
• Strong phone presence with clear, professional communication
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, performance‑based environment
• Proven ability to remain calm, compliant, and focused under pressure
• A competitive drive to exceed goals and grow earnings

Additional relevant experience in sales or high‑volume customer service is a plus.

• 3 Weeks of Paid Training – learn systems, compliance, and strategies before taking live calls
• Work Hours:
  • Mon–Tue: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wed–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
