Position OverviewThe Business Center Manager (BCM) is the heartbeat of the Office Evolution location. This role blends hospitality, sales, operations, and relationship management to create an exceptional experience for members and guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, service-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
As the face of the business center, the BCM builds meaningful relationships with members, supports their day-to-day business needs, and ensures the center runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a genuine desire to support entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Key Responsibilities Hospitality & Member Experience- Create a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for member sand guests
- Build strong, long-term relationships with members through consistent communication and personalized service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member needs, questions, and concerns
- Anticipate member needs and proactively offer solutions and support
- Actively sell coworkingmemberships, private offices, meeting rooms, and business services
- Conduct tours and consultations with prospective members
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales activity
- Support retention efforts through relationship-based account management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages in compliance with USPS CMRA regulations
- Manage member accounts, invoicing, renewals, and basic billing support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong attention to detail
- Enforce policies and procedures fairlyand professionally
- Assist members with internet connectivity, printers, audiovisual equipment, and basic tech troubleshooting
- Coordinate setup for meeting rooms, events, and virtual services
- Serve as a liaison for IT, internetproviders, and vendor support when needed
- Ensure the businesscenter is clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times
- Monitor shared spaces, supplies, and equipment
- Communicate with vendors, property management, and ownership as needed
- Hospitality-minded with a genuine passion for helping others
