This role is ideal for an experienced Rev Ops professional who wants meaningful ownership, strategic influence, and flexibility in a part‑time capacity.
Responsibilities Strategic PlanningWork directly with clients to understand their revenue operations and broader business goals. Create project roadmaps and provide strategic recommendations to improve their revenue lifecycle.
Client ManagementBuild strong, ongoing partnerships with client stakeholders, aligning on goals and driving their operations toward key milestones and measurable outcomes.
Design and implement scalable system architecture, including integrations, automations, and process builds within client CRM environments.
Oversee the execution of marketing essentials such as forms, emails, and workflows to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Deliver full‑funnel marketing, sales, and CX reporting with actionable insights that empower clients to optimize performance and strategy.
Provide tactical, proactive support to resolve real‑time issues and maintain stability across client processes and tech stacks.
Strong working knowledge of Hub Spot and Salesforce. You can confidently design and implement solutions within both platforms.
Strategic ThinkingYou understand the big picture and guide clients toward data‑driven decisions that optimize sales and marketing performance.
Analytical MindsetAbility to analyze complex data sets, extract insights, and clearly communicate recommendations.
Client‑Facing CommunicationSkilled at managing expectations and collaborating effectively with both client stakeholders and internal teams.
Proactive Problem‑SolvingYou anticipate challenges, propose solutions early, and share best practices confidently.
Tech‑SavvyExperience in B2B SaaS and comfort adapting to new systems and tools.
High energy, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with new Rev Ops tools and ways of working.
This is a part‑time role (approximately 20–25 hours per week).
We don’t mind where you’re located, but you must work within EST, CST, MST, or PST business hours for collaboration and client meetings.
