Business Process Specialist, Private Client Services

• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to create standardized workflows across the organization
• Define requirements and redesign best-in-class business processes and data standards
• Configure the agency management system and document processes and procedures
• Design reporting outputs and create client deliverables
• Lead training efforts on documented processes and business artifacts

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Experience in a client-facing servicing and/or business process role

• Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining procedure documentation
• Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
