Contract Administrator

This role is customer-facing and requires the ability to read, draft, and execute aircraft Flight Ready program contracts.

• Prepare requested service contract quotes for internal and external sales support
• Set up and maintain executed service contracts in SAP and Salesforce
• Collect relative information and process changes of aircraft ownership records in SAP and Salesforce

• Three years of drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts to ensure they meet company policies and legal requirements
• Communicating contract terms and conditions to stakeholders
• Paralegal experience
• Finance and/or billing background is highly desirable
• Resolving any contract-related issues that come up, whether internally or externally
• Operate with high levels of tact and diplomacy in stressful situations
• Ability to create, format, and present using MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to customers and leadership

• TAT to execute Flight Ready contracts
• Number of Buy-ins and Buy-ups completed
• Amount of reconciliation billed and collected
• Partner with finance and sales teams to facilitate change of ownership transactions, aircraft deliveries, Flight Ready and Engine Maintenance Contracts buy-ins, and buy-ups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers and ASC sales to support ownership transfers, deliveries, buy-ins, and buy-ups.
• Prioritize tasks based on customer impact, contractual obligations, and operational timelines
• Effectively communicate and explain account escalations to customers, ensuring clarity and professionalism
• Determine appropriate timing and messaging when communicating account suspensions to customers

• Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
• Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, climb ladders, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
• Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.).
• Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
• Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.

• Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.
• Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50
  
  Ibs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided "reach assistance technology" or "movement assist technology" (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly's, robotics reach equipment, people movers etc.), as required by job duties.
