OverviewEvery Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Digital Product Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through launch and continuous improvement
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities
- Partner closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, user‑centered experiences
- Collaborate with engineering teams in agile/scrum environments to deliver features on time
- Conduct customer research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform decisions
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback
- Manage trade‑offs between scope, timeline, and quality
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and new digital capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7+ years of experience in digital product management or related roles
- Strong understanding of agile and lean product development methodologies
- Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps
- Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven product decisions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving
- Customer‑centric mindset
- Strong prioritization and decision‑making skills
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, e‑commerce, or enterprise digital platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, or Aha!
- Background in UX, engineering, or digital marketing
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, or cloud‑based platforms
- MBA or product management certification (CSPO, PSPO, Pragmatic, etc.)
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
