What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating and tracking enterprise process initiatives
  • Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action and measurable outcomes
  • Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, and functional teams
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and external stakeholders
  • Monitor progress on deliverables and ensure successful follow-through on projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
  • Experience with agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic
  • Proven ability to balance workload and meet deadlines

  • Experience in scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
