Position

Summary

The MRO Support Associate oversees and manages all Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) parts, supplies, and consumables, serving as the central hub for shipping and receiving activities that support Facilities Services operations. Maintains a real-time inventory control system using the TMA order management platform to ensure timely response to campus service needs. Responsibilities include inventory data entry, tracking product cost and location, and auditing inventory reports to reflect campus expenditures accurately.

Provides logistical support for key Facilities Operations functions such as customer service, work order systems, uniform program administration, and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) compliance.

  • 10% - Safety Compliance

This position is a mandatory position as defined in the Adverse Weather and Emergency Event Policy.

Minimum Qualifications

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY.
