The Project EH&S Manager will be responsible for overseeing and promoting a safe work environment at the specific job site. This role ensures the health and safety of employees, clients, trade partners, and the public by driving compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. You will work closely with both field teams and company leadership to foster a strong safety culture and proactively manage risk.

Our ideal Project EH&S Manager will be able to:

  • L ead and enforce site‑specific safety programs.
  • Conduct safety orientations, training, and toolbox talks with employees and subcontractors.
  • Perform regular sire inspections to identify and address hazards.
  • Ensure OSHA and local regulatory compliance.
  • Investigate incidents and near‑misses; manage follow‑up and reporting.
  • Collaborate with project managers and trade partners to uphold safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and assist with workers’ comp cases as needed.

A WxTite Safety Manager will have:

  • Experience in a safety‑focused role (construction or manufacturing).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
  • CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
  • OSHA certified e.g., OSHA 30, OSHA 500, OSHA 501, etc. (preferred but not required).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
