Responsibilities- Obtaining construction-related permits from local agencies
- Assisting in subcontractor solicitation and contracting
- Ensuring proper notices are filed and posted
- Updating a variety of project logs, status reports, and communications
- Other duties as needed to support the project team
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field of study
- Experience working with a general contractor either in a full-time role or through an internship
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
