Operate the asphalt roller to apply asphalt on highways, private roadways, parking lots, and driveways;
Collaborate with other crew members to pave roadways and support crew foreman with planned tasks;
Assist with other positions as needed to meet daily schedule and project specifications;
Maintain safety and PPE compliance and operate under temperature extremes for extended hours;
Attend to overtime requirements and be flexible with location and shift changes
