Responsibilities:
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring all aspects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Utilize advanced computer skills to manage project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project timelines, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on commitments.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records, ensuring all necessary information is readily available and easily accessible.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:
