Samet is currently seeking an entry‑level Estimator. As a Precon Project Engineer at Samet Corporation you will support the Preconstruction project team by:

• Obtaining construction related permits from local agencies
• Assisting in subcontractor solicitation and contracting
• Ensuring proper notices are filed and posted
• Updating a variety of project logs, status reports and communication
• Other duties as needed to support the project team

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field of study
• Experience working with a general contractor either in a full‑time role or through an
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
