We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator with a strong background in heavy civil, environmental, utility, excavation, grading, landfill, or stream restoration projects.
Ideal Backgrounds- Landfill construction and operations
- HDPE liner installation and geosynthetics
- Stream restoration
- Environmental remediation
- Heavy civil/sitework construction
- Utilities, excavation, and grading
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
- Manage projects from award through completion
- Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field teams
- Track project costs, schedules, and overall performance
- Strong estimating and project management experience
- Experience with utilities, excavation, grading, stream restoration, or landfill construction
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
- Proficiency with Heavy Bid, AGTEK, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Agricultural Science, or related field
- Rosgen Training is a plus
