Construction Project Manager

Zachary Piper is hiring a Project Manager to support construction projects for retail, hospital, and municipality customers on-site in Greensboro, NC
.

• Coordinate and manage the project kickoff meetings with subcontractors and trades team
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, coordination of requirements in project scope
• Participates in project review and project owner meetings as required.
• Review Conceptual Scope of Work and Budget with immediate supervisor.
• Review site issues, plan requirements, order material for the job, and review project milestones

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel & Procore
• Background in Commercial or General Construction
• Must be able to pass a government background check

• Salary Range: 90k-110k
