Operate asphalt roller and power broom to apply asphalt;
Partner with crew to pave roadways utilizing the roller equipment and meet daily schedules;
Perform additional tasks of other positions as instructed by crew foreman to ensure daily schedules/estimates are met;
Adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) policy and maintain PPE in functional condition;
Attend to the job site under temperature extremes for extended hours and support overtime as required
