responsibilities:assist with installing and maintaining erosion control measures (silt fences, straw wattles, sediment basins). Support site prep, vegetation management, monitoring, and equipment maintenance. Work outdoors in various conditions, often requiring physical effort and teamwork.
qualifications:basic knowledge of soil erosion and safety practices is a plus but not necessary-training will be provided. Must be comfortable with strenuous outdoor work and have good communication skills.
work environment:outdoors, noisy, variable weather, sometimes extreme environments.
physical demands:lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, perform physically demanding tasks.
