Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers and provide daily project updates;
Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure work complies with plans, codes, and scope of work;
Document all project activities in the job book and execute change orders;
Set expectations with subcontractors and providers, maintain quality through site inspections, and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
