Manager in Training

• Gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals
• Complete comprehensive training across departments including Production and Sales Operations as it pertains to the insulation business
• Learn every aspect of running a branch operation
• Travel between locations and job sites as needed for training and operations
• Relocate for permanent assignment as required

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services
• Operations Management experience, preferably in building materials or construction related industry
• Willingness to learn new things and take chances
• Must be willing to travel as needed for training
• Must be willing to relocate for permanent assignment, as required
• Willing to travel less than 20%
• If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required
• Work may require standing, walking on uneven ground at construction sites, bending, and lifting under 25 lbs.

Demonstrates strong Operations Management capabilities within the construction or building materials industry, with a focus on branch operations and comprehensive training across departments. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges while maintaining a valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation.
