Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an onsite Project Manager to join a construction management and services firm based in Greensboro, NC
. The project manager will manage construction projects from conception to completion.
- Lead projects from planning through final delivery
- Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and subcontractors
- Coordinate client communication and project meetings
- Oversee change orders, permits, and project documentation
- Review drawings, submittals, and construction progress
- Associate's degree + 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with commercial construction, estimating, construction concepts, or design- build projects
- Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents
- Working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Suite
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain a government clearance
- $110, (based on experience)
