The Visual Designer will help us bring our story to life by conveying our messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. We want a talented artist to flex their abilities to communicate ideas, inform and inspire our target audience, and solve complex and challenging problems. You will be joining a fast‑moving content team, where the ability to work at pace while embracing AI technologies thoughtfully are key to success.

Design Beautiful, Clean, And Engaging Marketing Collateral Spanning Multiple Mediums And Platforms Including Websites, Social, Landing Pages, Newsletters, Emails, Long And Short Form Content, Infographics, Event Booths, Videos And Presentations. Critical Elements Of This Position Include

• Visual Storytelling:
  Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to translate complex concepts and data into compelling visual narratives.
• Design and Layout:
  Create visually appealing assets from scratch or enhance existing ones, ensuring a consistent and polished look and feel.
• Branding:
  Ensure that all presentations adhere to the company's branding guidelines, including the use of colors, fonts, and imagery.
• Graphics and Infographics:
  Develop custom graphics, icons, and infographics to enhance clarity and engagement.
• Animations and Transitions:
  Implement animations and transitions to improve the flow and impact of marketing assets.
• Data Visualization:
  Create effective data visualizations, charts, and graphs to simplify complex information and support key messages.
• Feedback and Revisions:
  Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions as necessary to meet project goals.
• Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
• Prioritization:
  Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
• Efficiency:
  Deliver great work at a fast pace, embracing AI technologies thoughtfully to enhance delivery speed without sacrificing quality.

• Self‑starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems and present creative solutions to stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• 3-5 years demonstrable experience with delivering successful corporate or agency marketing design work.
• Must be able to provide strong portfolio samples demonstrating professional creative, design, and software skills.
• Video experience is a plus.
• Expert level proficiency with and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expert level proficiency with and mastery of Canva.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint and web design applications.
• Strong ability to translate written and verbal requirements into design.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and details and advanced knowledge of design and visual principles.
• Advanced project management, time management, and organization skills.
• Self‑directed and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills.
• Possesses a strong work ethic and is a proactive problem solver.
• Strong ability to collaborate within a remote environment.
