• Answer inbound calls
• Make 30 outbound calls regarding customer inquiries per day.
• Sell pest control service packages
• Maintain a sales close rate of 30% or higher
• Schedule stops for pest and termite technicians
• Send one podium customer review per day
• Respond to potential customer issues or forward complaints to the office manager
• Update customer cards and information in sales routes
• Enter new customer information into sales routes
• Follow company script for providing customer service
• Live core values of the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be fluent with software applications
• Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Thrive off of coaching, feedback, and practice

• High school diploma or equivalent education required

• Remain in a seated position for up to 8 hours per day.
• Enter text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard.
• Fine motor skills
• Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s). It is often present when lifting involves the hands.

  Fingers are involved only to the extent that they are an extension of the hand to hold or operate a tool such as tin snips or scissors.
• Entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard. Traditional Keyboard refers to a panel of keys used as the primary input device on a computer, typographic machine, or 10-Key numeric keypad.

Go-Forth Pest Control offers services throughout regions of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The main office is located in High Point, NC. Reasonable commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
