emergency-only practice

, we rely on CSRs to bring empathy, clarity, and order to each interaction—making a meaningful difference from the very first call.
Whether you're welcoming someone through the door, answering a midnight emergency call, or helping a family say goodbye with compassion, your role is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional, heartfelt care.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a CSR at Happy Tails VEC, you'll:

• Greet clients and their pets with empathy and professionalism
• Answer phones, triage incoming calls, and provide accurate information about our services
• Manage check-ins, client records, invoicing, and payments with efficiency and care
• Support the medical team by coordinating client communication and ensuring smooth workflow
• Handle emotionally charged or sensitive situations with patience and compassion
• Work collaboratively with a close-knit team in a fast-paced emergency environment
