Battleground Kia has openings for service advisors that have been a prior certified technician. High volume, fast-paced environment. We are under new ownership and experiencing tremendous growth. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, customer-focused individual who wants to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Job Purpose:
This position has a vital role in providing the highest level of customer service to our customers. The primary function of this position is to provide our customers with the information that they need to service and maintain their vehicle correctly. Establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers is a priority as well as a friendly and positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
Always looking out for the customer's and the company's best interest is essential.
- Must have been a prior certified technician.
- Must have computer proficiency (Automate experience is a plus)
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Valid NC driver's license.
