• Deliver exceptional customer service at the front counter, greeting and assisting customers with professionalism and care
• Accurately check in, tag, and process customer garments to ensure orders are handled correctly and efficiently
• Address customer questions and resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and leadership to support daily operations
• Contribute to the overall performance and success of the store by supporting team goals
