Bank Float Sales & Service Representative (Float Teller) –
First Citizens Bank

The Sales and Service Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. Facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources. Supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. This role will float to other branches nearby; mileage will be reimbursed.

• Introduce customers to other branch team members or bank partners for solutions
• Provide coverage to multiple branches

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience
• Preferred experience in sales
• Valid driver's license; position requires frequent driving to other offices; mileage reimbursed
• Financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services
