Technical Customer Support Specialist

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist for an onsite opportunity with a premier client in Greensboro. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot problems while working across multiple systems. Pay: $22.00 per hour

Greensboro, NC – Onsite Assignment:
Contract through December 2026 with potential for extension Responsibilities Provide first-line support to customers and dealers by phone and email. Assist with customer registration, onboarding, and use of an online customer portal. Troubleshoot technical, connectivity, hardware, and system-related issues. Manage customer cases from initial contact through resolution. Monitor shared email inboxes and incoming customer requests. Escalate more complex issues to internal teams when needed.

Research issues using internal systems and data resources. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns. Help maintain training materials, process documentation, and support resources. Support onboarding of new products and services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Prior customer service, technical support, account management, or related experience. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Preferred Experience Automotive, trucking, parts, equipment, or technical service experience. Experience supporting technology-based products or services. Power BI experience. Account management experience. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. #MD1 #926
