• Deliver exceptional service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Respond to customer inquiries about products and services, providing accurate information and guidance
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Operate the company vehicle to perform pick-up and delivery services as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Valid NC Driver's License
