POSITION OVERVIEW

The Interior Designer | Construction Documentation is responsible for translating approved Design Development packages into comprehensive, accurate, and coordinated construction documentation. This role focuses on producing detailed interior drawings that clearly communicate design intent, technical requirements, and constructability to contractors, consultants, and project partners. Working closely with the Design Development team and consultants, the Interior Designer | Construction Documentation ensures that all interior drawings, schedules, and details align with the finalized design direction while meeting code requirements and industry standards.

The Interior Designer | Construction Documentation will work independently and collaborate closely with multiple design team members to ensure the successful completion of construction documentation sets. This is an early to mid‑career position that operates with structured guidance and regular review from senior team members and department leadership, supporting skill development and professional growth. Success in this role is defined by precision, clarity, proactive coordination, a blend of creativity, and a strong understanding of how design decisions translate into commercial construction work.
