Serve upscale retirement communities and senior care centers
Board certification/eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine required
Collaborative practice environment with 5 physicians and 10+ nurse practitioners
Geriatric fellowship training preferred; assisted living and nursing home experience a plus
Medical director leadership opportunity with comprehensive outpatient care
