Greensboro North Carolina Urgent Care Physician The Urgent Care is recruiting for both full-time and part-time Physicians to join our team. Our employees will enjoy working in a brand new facility, with state-of-the-art equipment, and an easy to use EMR. We are looking for candidates that truly care about their patients, work well independently and as part of a team, and are looking to grow with our clinic.

Responsibilities:

Provide general and preventative care for children and adults

Assess, plan and treat patient needs within an urgent care setting and triage patients to differentiate between immediate and less urgent care Perform minor outpatient surgical procedures such as wound closure and management, and incession and drainage

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic orthopedic procedures such as application and modification of braces, casts, splints, and other orthopedic appliances

Effectively manage private, pre-employment and worker's comp patients

Order labs, tests, injections, referrals and prescribe medications

Ensure proper diagnosis, handling, and recovery

May supervise Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioners to assure compliance of all applicable regulations

Perform other duties as required or assigned

Educational/Experience Requirements:

Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree from an accredited medical school

Successful completion of residency program in area of specialty

Must possess a current license to practice medicine in North Carolina, or have the ability to obtain a North Carolina license

Current DEA Ability to read and interpret X-Rays Please send CV to HCRC
