Key Skills and

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Cardiology
• Valid North Carolina State Medical License
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in cardiology
• Proficiency in Bread & Butter Cardiology procedures (non-invasive)
• Strong clinical skills with excellent patient communication
• Ability to work night shifts as per schedule
• EMR proficiency, specifically with EPIC

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with hospital-based cardiology care
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or BLS
• Familiarity with advanced cardiovascular imaging

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution
• Prior hospital-based cardiology practice
• Experience working in a large hospital environment with diverse patient populations

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work night shifts, including holidays with overtime pay ($298/hr rate, 1.5x on holidays)
• Credentialing process completion within 60-90 days
• No licensing assistance provided
