Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive cardiology care, focusing on general cardiology without specialized procedures.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient management.
• Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and follow-up care for adult patients within a busy hospital setting.
• Document care using the EPIC electronic medical record system.

Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Cardiology.
• North Carolina medical license.
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in cardiology.
• Strong knowledge of general cardiology practices.
• Excellent patient communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system.
• Additional certifications in advanced cardiac care.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD with valid North Carolina medical license.
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical practice in cardiology.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on June 15, 2026.
• Willingness to work night shifts according to hospital schedule, including holidays with premium pay.
• No licensing assistance provided; candidates must have active North Carolina licensure.

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $232.44, complemented by competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program. Holiday premiums at 1.5x the standard rate are available on designated holidays. The credentialing process typically takes 60-90 days.
