    Position Overview

    This position supports early childhood programs providing services to children birth through five and their families, delivered through various settings including home visits, classrooms, and community preschools. The role involves collaboration, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

    Qualifications
    • Special Education licensure from TSPC with Early Childhood endorsement or Oregon Department of Education EI/ECSE Authorization
    • Experience in Early Intervention or Special Education
    • Knowledge of special education laws and processes
    • Effective communication skills
    • Experience with home visiting and preschool services
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to work independently and respond positively to supervision
    • Criminal history verification
    General Expectations

    Essential Functions
  • Develop and coordinate IFSPs and determine placements
  • Provide direct and consultative services in various settings
  • Conduct evaluations and prepare reports
  • Create lesson plans and coach staff
  • Oversee instructional assistants and collaborate with community providers
  • Utilize teleservice platforms
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality
  • Work effectively within teams and communicate professionally
