Multi-Classroom CoachAn Adult Leadership position where excellent teachers coach a group of teachers.
Requirements and Responsibilities- MCC I – Coaches 2-3 teachers (this can be full release, 100% of the day; or partial release, 50% teaching/50% coaching)
- MCC II – Coaches 4-5 teachers (full release)
- MCC III – Coaches 6-8 teachers (full release)
Applications for Multi-classroom Leader (MCL) positions will be screened and viable candidates will be placed in a pool for principal consideration. Not all schools will have each level of position.
