Minimum:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of expience, data administration or administrative operations.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume data entry environments
- Proficiency with standard office software applications
Preferred:
- A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in event planning, alumni relations, communication, volunteer management, or program coordination are preferred

Position Overview
Primary Purpose of Position
Provides support for alumni engagement programs, events, and volunteer initiatives that strengthen connections between alumni and North Carolina A&T State University. Assists with planning, coordination, promotion, and evaluation of alumni activities; supports alumni volunteers, chapter leaders, and advisory groups; and helps maintain engagement records and reporting. Collaborates with campus partners and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful alumni experiences that advance University and Advancement goals.
Requires strong organizational, communication, project coordination, and customer service skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and occasional evening or weekend events.

Work Hours
Work Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m.; some evening and weekends
