This internship position is a time-limited, temporary position with a start date and orientation on January 25th, 2027. The total number of hours that an intern can work during this timeframe is 250 hours.

Essential Job Function:- Assist with planning and logistics for training events and programs (materials, room/AV setup, catering coordination, participant check-in)
- Support registration and attendance tracking for training programs using the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), with guidance from staff
- Help create and organize support materials and presentations for classroom-based training sessions
- Assist with basic data entry and reporting related to training metrics, budget tracking, and program outcomes
- Provide administrative and customer service support to internal staff and program participants
- Assist with day-of event support during training sessions and department programs
- Required:
Must be in process of a college-level degree in a related field and a student in good standing. - Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.
