The Department of Counseling invites applications for Part‑Time Instructors for Spring 2026 or Summer 2026. Part‑Time Instructors are hired on a semester‑by‑semester basis to teach Counseling courses.
The successful candidate is expected to teach introductory and advanced level courses by the Department of Counseling.
Responsibilities include:
teach face‑to‑face and/or online, attend training and/or review sessions. Additional duties will include: academic advising of students, supporting student organizations, participating in program development and assessment. The candidate will be expected to work cooperatively with faculty and staff in the department and university.

An earned doctoral degree in Counselor Education & Supervision, or closely related field from a CACREP accredited institution.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, EducationMinimum 1‑3 years teaching experience at the University or Community College level.
Required License or CertificationIs this position eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies.
