The Department of Computer Science at UNCG is a thriving department with an established, ABET - accredited B.S. degree program, and active M.S. and Ph.D. degree programs. The University of North Carolina at Greensboro ( UNCG ) seeks applications for one tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science starting August 1, 2027. We seek a dynamic scholar-teacher with a research focus in Computer Systems or Theoretical Computer Science.

• Candidates must hold or anticipate receiving a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related discipline by August 1, 2027.

• Applicants with a research focus in Computer Systems or Theoretical Computer Science are preferred.
