Overview
Our Client is seeking a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Lead resource that will play a critical role in our Client's ERP transformation, ensuring seamless integration between SAP S/4
HANA, Siemens and related modules, plant automation, and enterprise manufacturing systems. This role bridges manufacturing operations, IT architecture, and SAP program governance to deliver a modern, standardized, and scalable manufacturing technology landscape.
- Lead the deployment and configuration of Siemens MES modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to gather and analyze MES requirements.
- Design and develop MES workflows, data collection, and reporting solutions.
- Support integration of MES with ERP systems such as SAP S/4
HANA and other enterprise applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct MES system testing, validation, and user training.
- Develop and maintain MES documentation including configuration, processes, and user guides.
- Participate in MES upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturing best practices.
- 3+ years of experience working with Siemens MES solutions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and MES functionalities.
- Experience with MES configuration, workflow design, and data integration.
- Familiarity with ERP systems integration, preferably SAP S/4
HANA. - Proficient in SQL and scripting for MES customization and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Greensboro, NC. This is a hybrid position in Greensboro, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $68.00 - $98.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
