Job Number: 18146
The Technician II, R&E is responsible for effectively performing R&E routine work associated with heavy aircraft A, B, C and D checks.
What you will be responsible for:- Able to troubleshoot aircraft avionics and electrical systems using approved technical data and minimal supervision.
- Understand engineering methodology for systems installations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing avionics and electrical modifications with little supervision.
- All other duties as assigned.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).
- High school diploma or general education degree GED required.
- Must have minimum of 2 years' of related experience and/or training.
- Must have an Airframe and Powerplant License, FCC license or Repairman Certificate.
- Fluent in English (speech, reading, writing)
