Responsibilities
Develop electrical designs and plans using CAD software for various construction projects.Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure designs are accurate and meet specified standards.Prepare and revise drawings, layouts, diagrams, and schematics as required throughout the project lifecycle.Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) to simulate and visualize design.Participate in design reviews and provide input to ensure electrical designs are functional, safe, and compliant with industry regulations.Conduct field surveys to collect data for design, as well as to verify designs are implemented correctly during construction.Keep up-to-date with the latest electrical systems and CAD software to ensure designs are innovative and efficient.Manage and maintain all modifications and updates in the CAD database.Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD Drafting and Electrical Design, preferably in the construction industry.Proficient using Revit for electrical design.In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to overcome design challenges.Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and industry trends.Join our team and use your expertise to drive the design of innovative and efficient electrical systems.
