Engineering Technician

Our client, a commercial vehicle manufacturing and engineering organization is seeking an Instrumentation Lab Technician to join their team. As an Instrumentation Lab Technician, you will be part of the Features, Verification & Validation (FVV) / Instrumentation Lab supporting Volvo Trucks and Mack Trucks validation engineering teams

Job Title: Engineering Technician

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay Range: 44.83

• Support engineering teams by managing and maintaining instrumentation lab equipment
• Track, check in/out, and troubleshoot test equipment using the Indy Soft asset management system
• Coordinate and prioritize calibration activities based on project needs
• Perform basic electrical tasks including soldering, harness repair, and connector assembly
• Verify instrumentation functionality following documented procedures and support 5S lab standards

• Associate degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic electrical knowledge, including wiring diagrams and schematic interpretation
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively within a team environment
