Aircraft Technician, Service Center (Weekend Shift)
Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay Rate: $33-45/hour
Job Details- Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
- Schedule:
Weekend Shift (Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) - Industry: Aerospace / Defense / Aviation

- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on airframe and power plant systems in accordance with approved methods and practices
- Accurately document all work performed per regulatory and Repair Station/Quality Manual requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency with tools, equipment, and maintenance techniques
- Ensure all installed parts and materials meet regulatory requirements
- Protect and preserve parts and components during maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Provide detailed shift turnovers when work is not completed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A&P Certification (per 14 CFR Part 65 from a Part 147 school)
- Experience in a FAR Part 145 Repair Station environment
- Experience with 14 CFR Part 43 regulations
- Hands‑on experience with general aviation and/or corporate aircraft
- A&P License required (must be active)
- General aviation and/or private jet experience required
- Working knowledge of maintenance software (Quantum, Corridor, SAP)
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and inspection practices
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) to comply with ITAR regulations.
